Shipping Regions
We currently ship orders within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options based on item size, weight, and destination:
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days via ground carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
- Freight / LTL Shipping: For large or heavy items (typically over 100 lbs or oversized). These are shipped via freight and may require a loading dock or appointment.
- Local Delivery (Miami-Dade County): See conditions below.
- Store Pickup: Available upon request. Please contact us to schedule pickup at our Miami warehouse.
Local Delivery (Miami-Dade County)
We offer local delivery for select ZIP codes within Miami-Dade County.
- Free local delivery is available for nearby ZIP codes on orders of $150 or more.
- Other ZIP codes within Miami-Dade may qualify for free delivery with higher order minimums.
- Delivery availability and thresholds are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.
All local deliveries are fulfilled by our internal team and typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, and destination. For freight shipments, we may contact you to confirm delivery details or provide a custom quote.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
